With deepest
regrets, it is notified that a colleague and friend, Ms Isabel Ciappara
Guerriero, EU funds manager on Interreg MED programme, passed away on 23rd
September 2020.
Isabel had
been an EU Funds Manager at FPD and PPCD in Malta for these last 3 years.
Since January 2019, she was the national contact point, and representative of
Malta on several committees, of the Interreg MED programme. She will always be
remembered for her positive and generous attitude, giving her utmost active
contribution to cooperation and to the Interreg MED programme in particular.
She will be laid to rest tomorrow Wednesday, 30th September after a
mass for her repose, presente cadavrae, will be held at St Dominic’s
Church in Rabat, Malta at 2:30pm. Friends and colleagues are welcome to
attend this final tribute to Isabel. May she rest in peace!
Any
correspondence re Interreg MED should now be addressed to Ms Maria Catania, EU
funds manager, who shall be taking responsibilities for the programme, until
further notice and until a replacement is recruited.
